HOW TO MAKE GOOD GULLACAdd 1 kg sugar into 3 lts. milk and boil it.Wait until the milk gets warm.Pour the milk on each shiny side of leaf,one by one and place them on a tray.The remaining milk should be poured on wetted laves.Keep the Güllaç in a fridge or in a cool place for half an hour,and then serve it with pounded walnuts,ground almonds,pistachios or hazelnuts.You may serve your dessert with rose water.Have a good appetite. |
